Taylored Pickleball Academy is hosting a another great day of Pickleball Clinics in Stratford, Ontario on Sat March 16, 2024 from 10am - 4:30pm. The sessions offered on this day with TPA Founder, Head Coach and TPA Level 2 Instructor, Cameron Taylor will focus on beginner, advanced beginner and intermediate skill levels. 

As always, the TPA team will keep you having fun while elevating your game!

  • PFH - Learn 2 Play - 10am

    Sat March 16 10 - 11:30am Experience – None Our 1.5 hour introduction to pickleball which is a great way to learn the basics of this amazing game in a fun, friendly environment. We’ll cover off all the basic fundamentals such as grip, proper stroke techniques, court positioning, simple rules and the serve and return. You’ll end with mini-game play to put all you’ve learned into action. This is just the beginning and you’ll be keen to take our Advanced Beginner Skill & Strategy training next.

  • PFH: Kitchen Confidence AB

    March 16: 11:45 - 1:15pm Skill: Advanced Beginner (2.5-2.75) The non-volley zone (NVZ), commonly referred to as the kitchen, is a critical area on the pickleball court that requires finesse, strategy, and quick reflexes. For advanced beginners, learning to play the NVZ line effectively can significantly enhance your game and take you to the next level. We will focus on building your confidence, control, and consistency with the play at or near the NVZ through drill based learning & game play.

  • PFH: Beating Bangers Interm.

    March 16 1:30-m-3pm Skill: Intermediate (3.25+ rating) Do you struggle with playing against players known as ‘Bangers’? This 1.5-hour clinic lesson is designed specifically for you. We will focus on certain skills such as volleys, controlling the pace of the ball and returning the serve along with other smart strategies and techniques to help you learn how to take back control of the court. You’ll learn how to out smart and out maneuver your opponents, regardless of their power game.

  • PFH: Drill & Play Soft Shots

    March 16 3-4:30pm Experience – Intermediate (3.35+ rating) This fun, learning-based clinic focuses on one topic, soft shots. Understand when and how best to utilize this shot when located in different areas on the court. Drills and drill-based games will help reinforce the concepts/skills that have been introduced to the participants with the last remaining 30 mins being mentored gameplay.
